Our GUARANTEE is straight forward.

We know that choosing an urn is an intensely personal and often difficult decision. We intend that the quality of our hand-crafted cremation urns will meet or exceed your expectations. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the urn to us in its original condition within 5 days of your receipt.

Your choice! We will exchange it or completely refund your money (less shipping).

We will provide you with an approval email, then follow these EASY steps:
  1. Due to the delicate and valuable nature of our Fine Art Urns, we require that you return it to us in the original packaging (unless the package’s condition is not suitable for a safe return back to us).
  2. Please include the Packing Slip.
  3. We also strongly suggest that you purchase shipping insurance just in case damage does occur in transit. The urn is your responsibility until we receive it back in our studio in undamaged condition.
Refunds and exchanges are processed upon the safe receipt of the urn in our studio. We regret that customized urns cannot be returned. Naturally, urns that have been filled are not returnable. They may be enjoyed as fine art complements to any décor for many years to come and a lasting memento of your loved one. 


On the rare occasion of an error in shipping we first determine how the error was made. If we made the error we will re-ship the urn expedited or refund your money, whichever you choose. If the error was on your part (i.e., incorrect shipping address, omitted apartment number, incorrect zip code, phone number, etc) we cannot provide a refund. We can, however, re-ship once additional shipping payment is made.

WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF A DAMAGED ITEM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. You are required to keep all of the packaging materials for inspection by the delivery company.

We will gladly replace the urn damaged in shipment with another of equal value.


At Fine Art Urns.com we understand that privacy is extremely important. Our privacy policy is clear: Under no circumstances do we provide your information to anyone else for any reason. We will collect no personally identifiable information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information to us. Credit Card information is encrypted using the latest technology and not kept on file.
